The Deck Bender is an all-in-one industrial heating solution for bending solid PVC decking boards. It delivers a safe, efficient, and reliable heating solution for deck builders, fabricators, and construction professionals working on curved or custom decking projects.
Our latest Deck Bender design offers significant performance and usability improvements over our silicone heating blanket systems. It features a high-quality heating wire integrated into a large insulated blanket, eliminating the need for additional insulation or multiple heaters. This design reduces setup time and ensures consistent, even heat distribution along the entire length of the board.
An internal temperature sensor paired with a digital temperature controller provides accurate, repeatable temperature control, supporting reliable bending results and reducing material waste.
Deck bender is designed to suit boards measuring 5400 mm x 140 mm. Smaller boards can also be heated, provided the full blanket length is filled with offcuts to maintain even heat distribution and protect the blanket.
Operating at approximately 2000 W, the Deck Bender delivers consistent heat along long decking boards without the need for multiple heaters or external insulation.
