The ThermoBlanket Preformed Silicone Heating Pad provides precise and efficient heating for small-diameter pipes. It fits pipework from 10mm to 200mm, with each pad pre-shaped and vulcanised to ensure an exact fit and even heat distribution.

Using wire-wound or etched foil heating elements laminated between layers of high-quality silicone rubber, the Preformed Silicone Heater delivers excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and ageing. Its lightweight, preformed design enables quick and secure installation with straps, self-adhesive systems, or room-temperature vulcanising silicone adhesive.

Optional insulation foam minimises heat loss and maintains temperature stability, even on smaller diameters. Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the Preformed Silicone Heating Pad delivers consistent heating performance, energy efficiency, and long service life.
